An accident repair centre that answers its own phone.

First Response ARC is an independent accident repair centre and claims management team based on the Whitehall Road Industrial Estate in Tipton. We opened in 2023 to do one thing properly: take everything that follows a road traffic accident off the customer's hands.

Recovery, a courtesy car, the insurer negotiation and the repair itself all happen under one roof and one named handler. Nothing is subcontracted to a shop we've never seen, and nobody gets passed between departments.

R/01Your claim, not the insurer’sWe act for you. That means pushing for the right repair and the right settlement, not the cheapest outcome on someone else’s spreadsheet.

R/02Mobility is not optionalNobody should lose their job or their school run because of someone else’s mistake. A like-for-like courtesy car reaches you within two hours.

R/03Show the evidencePhotographs at every stage, the engineer’s report, old parts kept. If we say a panel needed replacing, you can see why.
